There was a backlog between 7:00 and 11:00 UTC in our reminders notifications queue, resulting in many 2-hour pre-tour reminders being delayed. Note that transactional confirmations, booking updates, and cancellations were unaffected, as they route into a different, high-priority queue for instant delivery.

We are still investigating the root cause to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
